12 The Luminex Calibration History file indicates that system calibration was successful but in STarSTation it failed

When STarStation/Luminex Library completes the process of system calibration a record of the calibration is stored in the following locations:

STarStation 2.0- CalHistory.csv file is C:\Program Files\Luminex\LXRLibrary

STarStation 2.3- C:\Program Files\Luminex\LXR

3) Windows Operating System Registry

STarStation requires write access to the above locations to perform calibrations successfully. If the person performing the calibrations does not possess the necessary Windows operating system access privileges, the record of the calibration attempt may not be stored on the system.

Windows users should confirm that they have Power User or Administrator priveliges, consult your IT department or network administrator if necessary.
