Possible causes:

1. Bead ID was entered incorrectly- If a per bead stop condition was applied, the system will then attempt to classify beads for the incorrect region within the given time and the lack of classified beads in this region will cause all wells to timeout.

2.Insufficient beads in the well- Ensure filter bottomed plates are shaken prior to running an assay

3. Ensure sample probe is free of blockages and correctly aligned. See Technote #40

4. Obstruction in fluidic pathways- Perform maintenance and clog troubleshoot procedure. See Technote #1
