A diagonal line on the bead map (classification plot of Log CL1 vs Log CL2) indicates:

1).Aggregated beads are present in the well.

2) The Sheath reservoir is empty.

3) The Waste reservoir is overfilled, causing a pressure build up in the instrument which influences the flow of sample- Pause the data acquisition, Empty the waste bottle and reconnect, restart the acquisition.

4) Incompatible suspension buffer used.
