If some of the assay microspheres are not being clasified correctly this indicates that the bead population/s in question has become photobleached or that an incorrect bead region (bead ID) was entered in the assay manager when the assay was created- move the bead region to encapsulate the non-classified population. Modify the assay via the assay manager and recreate any template worklists that use this particular assay, so that subsequent plates will have the erroneous bead population correctly classified. |
