22 When I attempt to analyse raw data in the Analysis Tab, an error "can't open file" is displayed

There are three possible causes for this issue.

1) The listmode file referred to in the error message has read-only file properties - perhaps it has been copied via CD-ROM or the samples or program files folder on your PC has read-only properties. Change the file/folder properties to remove the read-only status.

2) The listmode file referred to in the error message is no longer located in the samples directory for the particular worklist being analyzed.

3) The name of listmode file referred to in the error message has been modified.
