How to license your Applied Cytometry products
Before you can begin using any of your Applied Cytometry products they must first be licensed. This also includes free trial versions of the software.
Currently, we do not offer ACULA, our cloud based licensing option for CytoBee, but we hope to introduce this soon.

ACULA
Our most popular licensing option
We recommend using our cloud based licensing option ACULA as it is faster to get started.
1. To register with ACULA this launch the VenturiOne application, and you will see this popup.

2. Select the “Register” button to prompt the next popup.

3. Under Preferred enter your desired username. Then enter your email followed by your chosen password under.
Ensure your chosen password adheres to the guidelines outlined.
Be sure to fill in all the registration fields before selecting the register button.
4. A verification code will then be sent to your chosen email address.
Do not close the VenturiOne popup before you have entered your verification code or you will have to repeat the entire process.
If you cannot see the email in your inbox be sure to double check your Junk folder.
5. Copy and paste the verification code into the box and then select the verify button.
6. A popup will appear to confirm that your license is now verified and you can log into ACULA. Click OK and Close the ACULA registration popup.
7. You can now enter your registration details and then select the login in button to launch the VenturiOne application.
If you are using a trial, please select Request Trial to begin your 30 days.
If you have purchased a license you will need to enter your voucher code to activate the software.
License Key
Alternatively, you can request that we generate a license key for you.
1. To do this switch to the ‘Software License’ tab.

2. Enter your email address in the box and then select the Save License Request File button.
3. This will then generate a license request file that you save to your PC.
4. You must then email the license request file to [email protected]
5. We will then generate and email a license key to you which you must save to your PC, before uploading into the Wizard by selecting the ‘From File…’ button.
6. Once you have uploaded the license key to the wizard, select the validate license button.
7. A popup will appear to confirm that your software is now verified.

1. Launch CytoSwarm and the popup above will appear. If you are already registered with ACULA you can login with your existing credentials to license CytoSwarm.
2. If you do not already have an ACULA license, select the ‘Register’ button.

3. Under Preferred enter your username. Be sure to fill in all the registration fields before selecting the ‘Register’ button.
4. You will then return to the CytoSwarm Login popup. Select the ‘Verify’ button.

5. A verification code will then be sent to your email address. We recommend you do not close the popup before entering the verification code or you will have to repeat the process.

6. Enter the email address you used to register then copy and paste your verification code into the box and select the ‘OK’ button. A popup will appear to confirm that your trial is now verified.

1. To license CytoBee you must first generate a license request file.
2. Select the Request License button this will launch the request license wizard.
3. You must enter your email, select next and then choose the file destination of where you want to save the license request file to.
4. You must then email the license request file to [email protected] and we will generate and email a license key to you.
