It is the absolute policy of Applied Cytometry to supply products and services that fully and consistently meet the agreed requirements of our customers and ensure that products and services are supplied to defined standards of content and fitness for purpose.

Flow cytometry data analysis



The company recognises that its commercial position is dependent on meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.

To demonstrate, to both customers and staff, the company’s commitment to quality it is the policy of Applied Cytometry to achieve and maintain a quality management system to conform to the requirements of the British Standards BS EN ISO 9001:2015 with accreditation from National Quality Assurance.


The Managing Director and senior managers of the company are committed to ensuring that the system is effective in achieving all customer requirements as a minimum.

This will be achieved by involving all personnel in the company with the aim of conforming to medical device regulations. The requirements of the quality management system are mandatory for all company personnel and no unauthorised alterations or deviations are permitted.

Company Objectives

Company objectives will be set, measured and reported as part of the process of conforming to medical device regulations. These shall include: customer perception, development performance, sales performance, supplier performance, service performance, and warranty claims. The only way to achieve and maintain this policy is for every employee, in whatever capacity, to perform his or her work to the highest standards at all times. The aim must be to GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME EVERY TIME, and to strive for conformance to medical device regulations.
